Guy Ritchie is a stylized director with a specific visual tone that can be seen through many of his films. You either love it or you hate it. I personally do enjoy his narrative style. Building plot with visuals over words and for this specific King Arthur take, it mostly works in my opinion.
The first and third acts are the strongest and the second half stagnants a little, but overall the pace was fine. The soundtrack was especially noticiable and might have been the best part of the film.
Overall, those looking for a classic recreation of the King Arthur myth might not like this interpretation, but the core mythology is present and the story of Arthur living up to the sword was executed well.
